The GLOBAL CALL TO GIVE IN TO THE CRAVE

Fanta asked us to introduce the world to their new taste formula in a large scale global campaign, with the goal of trial trial and trial. To help motivate the world to give their new taste a try, we wanted to showcase the overwhelming characteristics of an ice cold Fanta (the fizz, the flavor, the color, and the fun) in a unique way within the category–a first person POV. A true calling for you to grab a Fanta and give into the crave.

The Mobile Game

We launched a global TV spot that showed Fanta turning boredom into an epic rollercoaster, then we turned the TV spot into a mobile game where you tried to ride a rollercoaster without spilling too much of your Fanta. The more Fanta left at the end, the more points for your final sip bonus. The game was available world wide for fans of Fanta at Fanta.com.

The In-Theater Experience

Global theater media was a major part of the campaign buy, and we wanted to take advantage of the large screen and epic sound. Instead of just running the broadcast spot, we shot a :30 piece specifically for theaters that was simply a giant glass of iced Fanta pouring towards the camera in all of it’s fizzy glory

The Print and Outdoor

For the global print and outdoor, we shot a mixture of beautifully epic macro Fanta product details and first person perspective scenes of the camera about to give in to the crave across the world.
